Our Promise
150-Point Inspection
Every vehicle we publish for sale goes through a 150-point inspection before it is listed. Here is exactly what that means.
Last updated: September 2026
What is checked
- •Exterior: body panels, paint, glass, lights, wipers, tires and wheels.
- •Interior: seats, controls, climate system, infotainment, airbags warning lights, safety belts.
- •Under the hood: engine, fluids, belts, hoses, battery, cooling system.
- •Underbody: brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, visible leaks, frame.
- •Road test: acceleration, shifting, braking, steering, noises and vibrations.
- •Electronic diagnostic (OBD-II) scan for stored trouble codes.
What happens if something fails
- •Safety-related items (brakes, tires, lights, steering) are repaired or replaced before sale.
- •Cosmetic wear that does not affect safety may remain and is disclosed in the listing or on request.
Your inspection report
- •The inspection report is available on the vehicle page or by request before you buy.
- •You may also arrange your own independent inspection at your cost before purchase.
Limitations
- •The inspection reflects the vehicle's condition on the inspection date; it is not a warranty.
- •Unless a written warranty is provided, used vehicles are sold as-is per the FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle.
- •Internal components that cannot be seen without disassembly are not inspected.
Vehicle history
- •A vehicle history report (such as CARFAX) is available for vehicles with a VIN on file.
