Home Delivery Terms
We can deliver your vehicle to your home anywhere in the continental United States. These are the conditions.

Where we deliver
- •Delivery is available to any address in the continental U.S. reachable by a car carrier.
- •If a carrier cannot safely reach your street, we meet at the nearest safe, accessible location.
- •Pickup at our Boise, Idaho lot is always free.
Cost
- •Delivery is quoted per mile based on distance and transport type (open or enclosed).
- •Your exact delivery price is confirmed in writing before you sign — no hidden fees.
Timing
- •Delivery is scheduled after payment is confirmed and paperwork is signed.
- •Typical transit is 3–10 business days depending on distance; you receive a tracking link.
- •Dates are estimates; weather, road or carrier delays can occur and we will notify you.
On delivery day
- •An adult (18+) with valid ID must be present to receive the vehicle.
- •Inspect the vehicle with the driver and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Insurance & damage
- •The vehicle is insured by the carrier during transport.
- •Transport damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours with photos.
Ownership & risk
- •You must have your own auto insurance in place from the moment of delivery.
